Chad Michaels was exhausted as he finished practice. It was mid-August and he and his team were practicing hard to overcome the 4th place finish of their college team last season. After recruiting all the best players and hiring an NFL head coach that made more than the university or the governor of the state, the team had all the elements of a top team, but they just couldn’t make it work.
